
I'm used to lasagna with a white bechamel sauce, but this recipe replaces it with ricotta -easier and lighter. It's from Martha Stewart. I made it as is, but the meat sauce takes forever. I would make the sauce how you usually do it and try this ricotta mix instead of bechemal.

thats fine too. i made nice turkey meatballs the other night that they would like. with basil. still growing it? learning to make bigger portions and freezing some? what does pen do for lunch at kindy?
i'm like the organisation freak now i am working 3 days a week. i cook a batch of a few different dishes on a sunday afternoon and freeze and then get them out for the kids through the week - much less stressful than getting home and having to do it.
i think that sounds like a plan. i'd do that here if we didnt just have one of those tiny fridge /freezers. what you making? share recipes.
