So i made the pasta for Simone and used a bigger tomato (is that the cherry?). anyway, this dish really needs the tiny tomatoes - grape? They jam nicely. The bigger ones kind of just stew not giving the desired affect. Let me know if anyone makes and what they think. Last time we made this dish, we added a tablesppon or two of pesto through the pasta. Nice touch. Nick thought of that.
