This set of shelving looks pretty for a kitchen/dining area. Wouldn't work in our place, but I like it.

So, this is what we are thinking doing with our kitchen except we would have a marble counter rather than white. I love it. Would love to hear any thoughts or suggestions though.

Herb Pot

I've posted something similar, but a good idea. Over here, when you get herbs, you get enough for a building so inevitably, lots of waste. Nice to have something alive in the kitchen too.

Our Kitchen

I'll put some pictures up soon of what we want to do to the kitchen. But I am liking this backsplash idea. I've seen it a few times now and think it could help bring some character into the kitchen as what we want to do is very clean and simple (and likely just whites and greys). Basically, it's wallpaper covered by glass. I wonder if it is something that could be changed every year or so. Thoughts?
