Pork Shoulder

Couldn't be easier. And delicious. It's Nick's favorite, so I made it recently. We had waaay to much to eat.
Not really a recipe (sear it and then braise it) , but instructions here.

Makes enough for days and days.

Paris

I'm doing some research for our trip to France/Spain for my Love's birthday. This is a good little site for Paris. Keeping it here so I don't lose it, and hopefully it will be helpful to you when you are next in the city of lights (is that what they call Paris??). The later two require an electric mixer. Not sure whether to get one or not. It would be handy, but it's mostly used for naughty stuff, and I certainly don't need that.
