Chicken in Coconut Milk

I made this the other day. Quite delicious. Also added some lime wedges to the cooking and some ginger. (recipe on an earlier post)

Aren't People Crazy

I was walking home after a delicious, huge lunch, and a woman asked me if she was going in the right direction for sub zero!

Pork Shoulder

Couldn't be easier. And delicious. It's Nick's favorite, so I made it recently. We had waaay to much to eat.
Not really a recipe (sear it and then braise it) , but instructions here.

Makes enough for days and days.

The Clerkenwell

Looks pretty, and a brunch that is right up Nick's street. Not suprisingly, from the name, it's a british gastro-pub. Think we might go there this weekend.

Paris

I'm doing some research for our trip to France/Spain for my Love's birthday. This is a good little site for Paris. Keeping it here so I don't lose it, and hopefully it will be helpful to you when you are next in the city of lights (is that what they call Paris??). Haven't really studied it, but on the surface, it looks helpful.

Hand Pulled Noodles

I love the look of these and can't wait to try. I bet I wont be able to taste the difference. Keeping it here as a reminder.

The Peekaroo!

This is all kinds of crazy. Saw it earlier on Gawker, a blog here, and it was also in the Daily Mail.

Chicken in Coconut Milk

Bit more of a Thai twist. And I love anything with cilantro/coriander.

More Ina

More great recipes.

A fancy mac and cheese for Nick.
A lemon mousse for me. And a cinnamon butter too.
The later two require an electric mixer. Not sure whether to get one or not. It would be handy, but it's mostly used for naughty stuff, and I certainly don't need that.
