
I love fresh herbs but I hate that when you buy them over here you get enough to garnish a small village. I use cilantro a lot but inevitably just need a tiny bit for whatever I am cooking and the remainder wilts away in the fridge until I chuck it. Next time however, I will make this chutney. Recipe here

ps. i made this and it's yummy. i added too much liquid so just thickened it with walnuts.
nice accompaniment to fish or chicken.
