Cous Cous with Strawberries, orange blossom, mint and green tea

I was reading an old Observer Food Monthly and came across this recipe. Looks delicious and I'm going to make it. I just made cous cous on Friday night (see recipe from yesterday) but I love that this is for a dessert.

I just LOVED the OFM. So inspiring. Loved Nigel Slater's recipes. My recipe binder is bulging with cuttings from the British papers. Nothing much takes my fancy in the Oz papers. When I more time one day (in 2020) I will look at the OFM online.
