When we were in Sydney we stayed in Jodie's beautiful Paddington apartment. So girly and airy and lovely. Just beautiful. Something straight from the pages of Vogue Living.
wow it is so pretty lucky ducky i'll expect some posts of my pink bathroom and rooms with plaster falling from the ceiling when we move into our hovel - ok?
actually can you ask jodie what paint she used for the floor? i am thinking if the reno takes a million years i may paint the floors white for a while....i have heard that if you use road paint it doesn't mark all the time, and you know we are quite the mucky pups in this family so matt has reservations about painting it white
The floors are lime washed - over orginial floorboards. That is what makes the color.
To be honest they are a bit of a nightmare - have to keep clean, scratch and get dirty very easily - with kids could be a nightmare - but they look very pretty?
Lets chatch up soon
Would love to see Matt too - having yet another career crisis lolol do they ever stop??
I hve to renovate first the walls - rising damp really bad now bugger. I might look to sell it after that about one year - the problem is that the terraces in paddo have gone through the roof price wise so to upgrade would be costly and mostly likely not as renovated so I am in two minds. Will wait for a bit yet. Job today good girl. I will put you in touch with Rob. I was thinking i might just get on a plane soon and come and see you bit over sydney and need to break this year up maybe june?
they look divinely pretty but if they mark easily my life would be even more difficult with the cleaning (already constant with my little darlings) we are leaving next fri and taking a couple of days to drive up so back the following week! will be great even though the house is a total wreck!
