I've just been watching "Everyday Italian' with Giada Delaurentiis. I love her food. Everything looks super easy and delicious. I want to make both of these now but I'm doing a food detox; no wheat, no booze etc so I'm putting the links here so I don't forget them in the future.
Both take no time at all, the crostini has my favorite stuff on it, parma ham, mozzarella and melted sage butter. Devine. Not really a recipe but I just want to remember it. Picture makes it look disgusting but I was drooling watching it being made. The chocolate mousse has a orange mascapone cream on top. Great flavour combo. Here they are:

how long are you doing detox for?
10 day one. picked it up in oz. ie the vit pack etc. feel like i need to. too much going out, drinking etc.
My daily detox ritual includes:
1) warm water w. lemon juice every morning before brekky
2) body brushing before shower
er, that's it.
but as you know, nat, we have our main meal during the day so every night for din-dins, i only have fruit salad, yogurt, walnuts and sunflower seeds...
i also recommend eating big brekky so you don't reach for nasty sugary snacks before lunch!
i take a multi-vitamin every day, too. green tea aplenty. but still end every day with a mug of cocoa and a square of 85% dark chocolate! that;s as naughty as i get - but it makes me so happy every night :)
thanks sis. will send you that brunch email. this detox starts with lemon water before brekky and body brushing before shower. but it hurts. and im lazy. our problem is that although no wheat, dairy, meat, booze, refined food, we are just eating so much. good stuff but so much. love youx
