
These are my new walking shoes. Ever so comfortable. They are meant to be like those ugly MBT shoes that make you stabilize yourself so you work harder. Not sure if they feel that different from regular shoes, but certainly greatly comfortable for walking. And I don't look like a super freak as they still look like normal running shoes. My new plan is to walk 5 miles a day, that's 10,000 steps, and 25 miles a week. I was pretty good last week - this week, not so much. Movement before motivation .....
