It's hot here. Probably too hot to make this but I think I might make it for Nick for lunch one day. Perfect for the cold weather in Oz. Mum, I think baka and dida would like this too.

Nice recipe for a limoncello granita within the episode. It's made with marscapone. Super simple, but you need a food processor, mix it all and then pop it into the freezer. recipe here

I made this yesterday afternoon. Didnt have the fennel seeds and one other herb but it tasted mighty fine. I beefed it up with an extra tin of white beans and 2 carrots. Nick loved it too which is fortunate as I made five containers for lunch. (warning: it's a little hot, so ditch the chili's if you are a baby like me)
