We always have flowers in the apt, these looked great, and lasted forever. The farmer's markets always have such a great selection. Lucky us.

we did some companion planting of marigolds (which i don't think of as a first in terms of favourite flowers) and they keep on flowering - i have had fresh flowers since we got back from hols - very pretty
i did send them to you - remember the kids and our produce from the garden? basically a lot of flowers and then 2 small carrots, some spinach leaves and 4x beets. not too successful this year!
