This sounds like a good idea

Love the smell of fresh air? Ditch the scented candles and air fresheners (which can release harmful VOCs) and instead mix your own air purifying spritz. We love this recipe from Healthy Child Healthy World: Mix 1 teaspoon baking soda (absorbs smells), 1 teaspoon vinegar (deodorizes) with 2 cups hot water. Put ingredients in a spray bottle and spritz the odors away! Found this on Vital Juice Daily

have you tried it? i've done bicarb and vinegar in the washing machine before but not sure that it worked that well - must try this and see - we certainly have the musty old house for it!

so i made the dip last night and used frozen spinach. vile vile. I've been making it with the fresh stuff coz by organic box gives me so much spinach (and not much else). Frozen spinach doesn't event taste or smell the same. I am not sure if we've even had it before.
