We went to Marcie and Dirk's for a delicious brunch on Sunday and Marcie made these ridiculously yummy egg cups. The recipe is on her site and they are really are impressive, so I suggest you give them a try. There were lots of other delicious things too but this was a show-stopper. A signature dish type of dish. It seems everyone has a signature dish these days. Anyway, I am going to steal this idea.

So exciting - thanks for the shoutout! So glad you liked them - my sister really has to get the credit, but I'll gladly take it in her absence - they do look yummy in the photo, don't they? Really glad you could come over, we will have to do it again when we are all back in town - we have prosecco we need help finishing!
