
I'm in serious recipe mode at the moment. I think its because Whole Foods just opened and it has everything you could imagine. This looks like a great salad. I first had halloumi at Simone's house on the bbq. Not being a cheese eater i was pleasantly surprised. She covered it in something delicious, maybe harrisa? simone? anyway, this looks pretty good too.

thanks. boy it's expensive here. saw it in wholefoods and it was about 12 bucks for a tiny chunk.
