So i made the pasta for Simone and used a bigger tomato (is that the cherry?). anyway, this dish really needs the tiny tomatoes - grape? They jam nicely. The bigger ones kind of just stew not giving the desired affect. Let me know if anyone makes and what they think. Last time we made this dish, we added a tablesppon or two of pesto through the pasta. Nice touch. Nick thought of that.

We have settled in wonderfully into our new home. Simone, it was designed by an architect, Shane Plazibat -- know of him? The house won an architecture design a few yrs back. It's like a treehouse, perched on top of a sloping block, looking on to our own 'jungle' of gum trees and rainforest plants. And when it rains, we've got a creek, but as you know, we're not getting too much rain. Thanks Nat for letting me hijack your blog. Best get back to my domestic duties.
